📈 Custom Availability

Additional Settings

On the BC:N24I | Settings - Advanced Inventory page in the 📈 Custom Availability module section, additional configuration options are available that affect the module's operation.

  • Availability Templates - Clicking this opens the Availability Templates page, where you can customize ways to calculate custom availability.

Availability Templates

  • Code - a unique identifier for the custom availability template
  • Enabled - specifies whether the template rules are active or not
  • Description - a description of the template
  • Document Type - the type of document the template applies to
  • Caption to Show - the name of the column where the value calculated based on the template's conditions will appear. The default value is Availability.
  • Rules Count - the number of rules/operations included in the template

Existing templates can be modified by using the Edit action.

To create a custom template, start by defining global settings:

  • Document Type - specify the document types the template will apply to
  • Code - create a unique identifier for the template
  • Description - optionally, add a description to make the template easier to identify
  • Caption to Show - define the name of the field that will display the custom availability value on applicable pages
  • Enabled - decide whether the rules should be active or not

Below the global settings, you can add or remove individual calculation rules for the template. Each value can be added to or subtracted from a selected field.

  • Operator - specifies the operation to be performed
  • Document - defines the value to be added or subtracted based on the selected operator
