📈 Inventory Level
The Inventory Status module allows for quick determination of the current stock levels for a specific item and location—directly from system documents.
General
There is a new field called Inventory in each of the specified documents. It shows the current stock of an item for a chosen location.
There are two main fields:
- Inventory Availability - the current item inventory availability for the currently selected location on the current document. It is only calculated if the item type is set to Inventory.
- Inventory by Locations - the field is hidden by default. It calculates item inventory availability only for defined locations under User Setup for each user.
Functionalities for both of the fields:
- preview of the current item inventory availability for specified locations and variants, if applicable,
- preview of all transactions that affected the item availability from the document lines,
- colorizing item lines based on the Inventory Availability Quantity.
