📦 MultiCompany Inventory Configuration

1. Open the N24I | Advanced Inventory Setup page and find the Share Inventory Between Companies section.
2. Ensure that the appropriate rule is selected for the Sharing Inventory Rule field to specify how the system should calculate inventory for other companies. The default rule MULTICOMPANY ITEMS will calculate quantities as Stock minus Reserved Quantity.
3. Enter the names of the companies into the N24I | Inventory Shared From Companies table from which you want to receive inventory information.
4. For each Location you want to support, navigate to the Location Card in each company entered in the previous step.
   • Find the N24I | Inventory Sharing section.
   • Enable the Allow Inventory Sharing checkbox to allow inventory from the specified location to be shared with other companies.
