🧭 Document Navigation
Document Navigation lets you jump from document lines straight to the pages that explain the quantities, costs, or tracking details you are reviewing. Instead of hunting for the right menu option, you open the relevant list or card with a single click.
Why it matters
- Stay in context – open the exact entry list that explains the numbers on your document line.
- Reduce clicks – every action opens the default page for the selected record with filters already applied.
- Support follow-up work – quickly inspect reservations, tracking cards, or related documents before deciding what to do next.
Where you can use it
Sales documents
On sales quotes, orders, and invoices you will find the N24I | Related pages group. The actions let you:
- Open Sales Order Lines that match the selected item.
- Review Posted Sales Invoice Lines to see the transactions that created the demand.
- Check the purchasing context by opening Purchase Order Lines or Posted Purchase Invoice Lines for the same item.
- Jump to Bin Contents for the selected location and variant.
Purchase documents
Purchase quotes, orders, and invoices have the same actions. They reuse the filters from the current purchase line so you can see what is already on order, how invoices were posted, or what sales demand exists for the item.
Transfer orders and other inventory pages
Transfer order lines expose a Bin Contents shortcut.
