Saving Filters Feature

The Saving Filters feature remembers your inventory filter preferences on the Items page between sessions. When you apply a filter to show or hide items with zero quantities, the system automatically saves your preference and applies it the next time you open the Item List.

How It Works

When you use either of these actions on the Item List page:

• Hide empty inventory (all quantities = 0)
• Remove empty inventory filter

The system automatically saves your selection. The next time you open the Item List page, your last filter selection will be automatically applied.

No additional setup is required to use this feature. It works automatically for each user in the system.
