Filtering Empty Inventory on the Item List

Overview

On the Item List page, you can quickly hide items that have zero quantities (including purchase and sales order quantities), or restore the view of all items.

How it works

• Hide empty inventory (all quantities = 0): Shows only items that have at least one non-zero quantity (e.g. inventory, sales order quantity, or purchase order quantity).
• Remove empty inventory filter: Restores the view of all items, including those with zero quantities.

Both actions are available directly on the Item List page in the N24I Trading Hub group.

Selecting Items on the Trading Hub Page

When selecting items for the Item search filter on the Trading Hub page, the list of available items respects the selected inventory filter option. If no option is selected, all items are shown. If the option to hide empty inventory is selected, only items with available quantity are shown.

Usage

1. Open the Item List page.
2. Select the Hide empty inventory (all quantities = 0) action to hide items with zero quantities.
3. Select the Remove empty inventory filter action to see all items.
