💡 Trading Hub - Change in hiding 'zero' rows

We have added in Settings the option to choose the method of filtering hidden stocks 'Stock filtering method'. Now, in addition to the default method, which hides stocks with availability equal to 0, we have introduced a new option that meets the customer's expectations.

The new option, called 'Hide empty stocks', hides stocks for which all 3 conditions are met:

  • Quantity in inventory records = 0
  • Quantity on purchase order = 0
  • Quantity on sales order = 0
Depending on the chosen method, the caption of the field in the Trading Hub view and the way of calculating/filtering will change. This change should automatically eliminate the display of so-called 'old batches' and ensure that such batches are not downloaded to the Trader's Panel.

💡 Inventory List - Filtering Empty Items

We have added a new feature to the Item List page. Users can now quickly hide items that have zero quantities (including quantities on purchase and sales documents), or restore the view of all items. The actions Hide empty inventory (all quantities = 0) and Remove empty inventory filter are available directly on the page in the N24I Trading Hub group.

Additionally, when selecting items for the search filter Item on the Trading Hub page, the list of available items takes into account the selected filtering option. If hiding empty inventory is active, only items with available quantity will appear on the list.

This change allows for faster and more convenient work with items, enabling focus on positions that are relevant in current processes.
