Permissions
N24 Advanced Prepayments includes one permission set for access to prepayment tables, pages, and processes.

🛡️ Assigning the permission set
- In Search, open Users.
- Open the user card.
- In the User Permission Sets section, add the technical permission set N24AP Permission.
The user still needs the standard Business Central permissions for orders, invoices, posting, and customer ledger entries.
📌 Access scope
The permission set includes, among others:
- reading, inserting, modifying, and deleting entries in the custom prepayment ledger;
- access to the pages for invoice creation, selecting prepayments for settlement, and detailed history;
- running prepayment management processes and posting supporting entries.
Permissions for standard sales documents, currency accounts, journals, and posting follow the Business Central setup and are not replaced by the technical N24AP Permission set.
