Intercompany Queues

The intercompany queue view shows queues from all companies in one place, making it easier to assess their status quickly.

The N24 Intercompany Queues page enables you to view and manage all job queues across all available companies in your system from a single centralized location.

⚙️ Available Actions

• Queue Card - Opens the selected Job Queue Entry within its respective company.
• Show Technical Data - Displays additional hidden fields with more detailed technical information.

📊 Page Features

• Visual Indicators:

  • Company names are highlighted in red when at least one queue has errors.
  • Error messages are displayed in red for immediate attention.
  • Queue status is color-coded based on its current state for easy identification:
    • Green: Ready
    • Yellow: Running
    • Red: Error
    • Black: On Hold

• Error Email Recipients Factbox:

  • This factbox allows you to manage notification recipients for queue errors.
  • Features include adding, editing, and removing recipients for visible queues.
  • The factbox is displayed only when a valid queue is selected.
  • Only one queue can be edited at a time.
  • All recipient management actions are available by clicking Error Email Recipients.
