Enable Automatic Restart
Configure Individual Queue Restart
Navigate to the Job Queue Entries page. Select and open the card page of the queue that you want to be restarted automatically.

If the queue is already running in the background, you have to set it on hold.
Locate the Auto Restart on Error and enable it.
You can set the queue back to the running state by clicking the Set Status to Ready action found within Process group.
Configure Additional Protection Layer
This function provides an additional protection layer through a monitoring queue that automatically restarts other queues when they encounter errors. This ensures increased system reliability and reduces manual intervention.
Setup Instructions
- Navigate to the AQ | Advanced Queues Setup page via search (Alt+Q) or from the module's Start page
- Locate the Advanced Queues section, which displays all available system queues for creation
- Find the Restart Errored Queues entry in the list
- If the queue status shows as ❌ Not Created, click the Create action to create the queue
- After creation, use the Start action to activate the queue
Note: The monitoring queue will only restart queues that have been explicitly configured with Auto Restart on Error enabled. This ensures that only selected queues are automatically restarted.
