Customization of the Intercompany Queues page
We have updated our InterCompany Queues page by hiding certain fields and adding our Restart Job Queue Entry field.
Bulk enable/disable automatic restart
We provided the ability to enable restart for multiple selected queues within the system by introducing new actions. The actions named Enable Automatic Restart are available in the product settings and in the intercompany queues view.
Bulk assigning default notification recipient
We have added a page for easy configuration and assignment of notification recipients in all queues and companies. The page is accessible using only the action called Mass Assign Error Email Recipients. The action is available in the product settings, intercompany queues view, and on the email notification recipients list.
Bug Fixes
Intercompany preview permissions
We have improved security on the inter-company queue preview. Users will now only be able to view queues of companies they have permission for, preventing potential errors.
💡 Incorrectly opened queue card
If the queue is in the same company, we open it directly. If the queue is in a different company, we open it in a new tab.
