Settings - translation of default Balance Sheet and P&L
We have added an option to select the language in which the sample structures of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement will be inserted.
💡 Chart of Accounts - verification of unassigned accounts in the balance sheet/profit and loss statement
We have added verification of unassigned accounts. If there is an account not included in the balance sheet or profit and loss statement, information about this, with the option to display a detailed list of such accounts, will appear when opening a particular report.
💡 Chart of Accounts - checking which report items the account is assigned to
We have added two fields to the chart of accounts showing how many times a given account has been used in the Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss Statement. By clicking on the value, we can view these items directly in the filtered view of the Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss Statement.
General - start page
We have added a homepage that provides quick access to the settings and functionality of the solution. At the same time, we have introduced a modification of the names of all Balance Sheet and Income Statement pages. From now on, you can easily find them:
- according to their full name, as before (but without N24 anymore),
- by searching FS, which is a common element in the names of all pages. The result will show a list of all pages related to the Balance Sheet and P&L product.
💡 General - enhancements to improve product usage
We've added a few modifications:
- At the bottom of the Calculation Settings pages, we've placed explanations of the Amount Types values
- We've detailed actions related to the Balance Sheet functionality, as well as the Profit and Loss Statement, to make them more accessible
- We've added the date of generating the Balance Sheet in excel format.
General - adding Nav24 Idea factbox to pages
We have added a FactBox to the most popular product pages, allowing for quick submission of ideas related to the solution to the Nav24 Product Department.
