Functionality Description

The Power BI – Integration with Business Central functionality allows displaying Power BI reports directly in the Business Central system. Reports are available in the FactBox section on selected pages and can be hidden or displayed according to user preferences.

Functionality

Displaying Power BI Reports

Power BI reports are automatically filtered based on the currently selected record (e.g., customer number, vendor number, item number, or job number).

Hiding and Displaying the Power BI Panel

The user can control the visibility of Power BI reports using the action:

Action: Show/Hide Power BI Reports

• Available in the Display group.
• Allows hiding or re-displaying the Power BI panel in the FactBox.
