Quick Acceptance of Action Messages in Worksheets

With the help of two new actions, you can quickly Accept and Remove acceptance for filtered lines.

The new actions are available in:

Examples and Scenarios

Scenario: Quick acceptance of action messages after planner review

Need: A production planner runs the planning worksheet, which generates 150 lines with action messages (New, Change Qty., Change Date). After reviewing and filtering the lines, they want to accept 80 of them in one operation instead of clicking "Accept Action Message" on each one.

Steps:

  1. Open the Planning Worksheet.
  2. Filter lines (e.g., action message = "New", vendor = "ABC").
  3. Click Accept Action Message (N24C action) — the system accepts all filtered lines.
  4. The system marks 80 lines as accepted.

Result: Instead of 80 clicks, the planner performs one operation. They can then run "Carry Out Action Message" for the accepted lines.

Tip

If you spot an error after accepting, use the Remove Acceptance action — it also works in bulk on filtered lines.
