Responsibility Center

Description

This functionality adds a new field Responsibility Center to selected entry tables and ensures its automatic population during the posting process. This allows tracking responsibility for transactions across different areas of the system.

Tables with the new field

The new Responsibility Center field has been added to the following entry tables:

• Vendor Ledger Entries
• Customer Ledger Entries
• VAT Entries
• General Ledger Entries
• General Journal

Value transfer during posting

During the posting process, the value of the Responsibility Center field is automatically transferred from the source documents to the corresponding entries in the system.

This ensures that the assigned responsibility center information is retained in the entries.
