Custom Fields - Extended Functionality
We have extended the capabilities of the Custom Fields module to support additional system areas:
- Posted Sales and Purchase Document Lines – ability to view and analyze custom fields in historical documents
- Purchase Credit Memo Lines – full support for custom fields in purchase corrections
- Warehouse Shipment Lines – custom fields visibility when viewing warehouse shipments
Default Field Values:
We have introduced the ability to set default values for custom fields. When creating new records, fields will automatically receive assigned default values, which speeds up the data entry process and ensures information consistency.
Bug Fixes
Payroll Import - Dimension Handling Fix
Previously: During payroll import from Excel file, the system required dimension completion, even when dimensions were set as optional in the configuration.
Now: Payroll import correctly respects dimension optionality settings. If dimensions are marked as optional, the system does not enforce their completion during data import.
