VIES Verification by VAT ID from Country of Origin

We added to Core Extension Setup the ability to change the country code used during VIES verification.

We added several new functions to the No. Series page:

Bulk assignment of series templates
Bulk generation of number series
Automatic reminder about the need to generate a new series in advance after changing its structure.

We extended the functionality of Automatic comment building when retrieving shipment lines to invoice with analogous functionality but for Retrieving planning lines to invoice.
