Warnings about lack of exchange rate
💡 Posted invoices - Addition of Amount (LCY) and Amount with VAT (LCY) fields
We have added new fields to the list of posted invoices: Amount (LCY) and Amount with VAT (LCY). Information about the local currency is read when the page is opened. Values for these fields are calculated for each document. If the currency code is empty, amounts are copied from standard fields, otherwise they are calculated based on the rate from the document.
Warehouse Shipments and Receipts - Field Completion when Retrieving
Source Documents
We have improved the functionality in Warehouse Shipments and Receipts. Now, when creating a warehouse document through the action Get Source Documents..., fields such as:
- Source Type
- Source Subtype
- Source Document
- Source Number
- Destination Type
- Destination Number
- Destination Subtype Number
- Name
- Name 2
will automatically be filled with data from the last source document. This change aims to streamline the process of creating warehouse documents and increase work efficiency.
💡 Document Line Pages - Expansion with New Pages
We have added the following pages to our product:
- Warehouse Shipment Lines - a new page allowing to browse warehouse shipment lines.
- Warehouse Receipt Lines - the user now has the ability to browse warehouse receipt lines.
All new pages are non-editable, providing greater control over data and protecting it from unauthorized changes.
