Descriptive Fields in Document Lines

This functionality allows for the modification of descriptive fields in the lines of posted documents. These fields include:

• Description
• Description 2
• Grouping Description

To enter a new value, use the action N24CR | Change Line Descriptive Fields on a posted document.

This option is available for the following documents:

• Posted sales invoice
• Posted sales credit memo
• Posted service invoice
• Posted service credit memo
• Posted purchase invoice
• Posted purchase credit memo

Warning

Only the line of the selected document will be updated. Related entries and documents will remain unchanged.
