Sales Pro Forma Watermark
Add a watermark image that appears in the background of every page of the sales pro forma invoice printout.
🖼️ How It Works
The image uploaded in the setup is printed as the background of each page of the sales pro forma invoice. The watermark applies only to this printout.
⚙️ Setup
- Open the Core Report Setup page.
- In the Sales & Service Documents section, go to the Show Additional Elements Below The Lines group.
- In the Sales Proforma Watermark Image part, use the Import action and select the image file.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Import | Uploads the watermark image. If an image already exists, you are asked to confirm replacing it. |
| Export | Saves the uploaded image to a file. Available when an image is uploaded. |
| Delete | Deletes the image after confirmation. Available when an image is uploaded. |
Note
The watermark cannot be used together with the Enable Alternative Line Color option. An error message appears when you try to upload an image while the option is enabled. The same message appears when you enable alternating line colors while a watermark image is already uploaded.
