Bug Fixes

💡 Proforma Invoice - Missing buyer's email suggestion

We fixed the email sending function for Proforma Invoices to correctly suggest the email from the buyer's record.

New Features

💡 New Printouts - Printouts from Archive

We added 2 new printouts:
  • Sales Order Archive
  • Purchase Order Archive

The printouts look and behave exactly the same as their counterparts - Orders. All settings made for Purchase Orders and Sales Orders have effect for Archive versions of printouts.

Header Settings - Custom labels and fields

We added the ability to set custom labels and select any field in Header Settings for Sales, Purchase, Service, and Transfer printouts.

💡 New footer data source for printouts

We added a new option in settings to choose an additional footer source: none, Responsibility Center data, or graphics from the Center. If a document has an assigned Responsibility Center, the footer is taken from its record (data or graphics). Otherwise, the main settings are used (company data or graphics).

💡 Considering VAT Accounting Settings in displaying VAT ID

We improved the way VAT ID is displayed in sales documents. Now, according to the settings in General Ledger Settings, in the field VAT Obligation for recipient/invoice buyer, the VAT ID will be retrieved from the appropriate record. This change ensures greater consistency and accuracy of data in documents.

💡 Ability to disable Responsibility Center data handling

We added an option in Core Report Settings to choose how Responsibility centers should be handled. Now you can decide whether the system should retrieve data from them and display it on printouts or ignore them.

💡 Default lot number display

We added new settings that allow for the default enabling of lot printing on:
  • Posted transfer shipment
  • Posted purchase receipts

This way, you don't have to remember to manually enable this option every time. Now you can set it once, and the system will automatically print lots for selected printouts.

💡 Displaying package numbers

For the following printouts:
  • Sales Shipment
  • Transfer Shipment
  • Purchase Receipt
We added the ability to display package numbers.
This option can be enabled by default for the above printouts in the main Core Report Settings and each time when running the above printouts.

💡 Sales - Handling debit and credit notes

We added the ability to print Debit Notes and Credit Notes from Sales Invoice and Sales Credit Memo. Before posting (or after, through the Update Document option) they should be marked as the appropriate Note.

💡 Sales Printouts - Hiding Shipment No. in the header when there are multiple shipments

We changed the way the Shipment No. is displayed in the header of Sales Printouts. Previously, when there was only one shipment, its number was displayed. However, when there were multiple shipments, the number of the first one was shown. Now, in cases where there are more than one shipments, the shipment number will not appear.

💡 Posted Sales Shipment - Hiding Item No.

We added the ability to hide Item No. from the Posted Sales Shipment printout.

💡 Sales Order Confirmation - Printout from Blanket Sales Orders

We enabled the printout of Sales Order Confirmation from Blanket Sales Orders.

💡 Transfers - Additional Functionalities

We extended the Transfer printouts with 2 functionalities known from other printouts:
  • We added the ability to add additional lines.
  • We added the ability to configure headers.

This functionality is available on the request page for these printouts, where the user can decide whether additional lines should appear on the printouts or not.

💡 Transfer Order and Shipment - Comments

We added the ability to print comments on Transfer Order and Transfer Shipment printouts. This option is available on the request page for these printouts, where the user can decide whether comments should appear on the printouts or not.

💡 Transfer Printouts - Hiding the county

We added the ability to hide county information in transfer printouts. This feature covers both the source and destination locations. The hiding option can be set in Core Report Settings.

💡 Posted Transfer Shipment - Lot Information

We added the ability to display Lot information on the Posted transfer shipment printout. This information is presented in the form of an additional table.

CMR Printout - Address configuration

We added the ability to set the source from which address data and dates should be taken for the CMR printout.
