New Features
Settings synchronization and export
We updated the Set Current Settings for All Companies function - it now includes all new fields added in recent versions (general and advanced sections).
Settings export:
Previously: Need to manually configure the same settings on each environment (dev, staging, prod).
Now:
- Added Export Settings action - creates a configuration package with complete settings
- Includes all settings: sections, headers, footers, additional lines, business terms
💡 Additional lines - New configuration options
We extended the Additional Lines functionality:
- Font Size field - ability to set font size for each field separately
- Serial Number as a new predefined field available for display
Attaching additional documents to printouts
Previously: Need to manually attach additional documents (regulations, business terms, PFRON documents, shipments) to printouts.
Now:
- Option to automatically attach Posted Shipment printout to invoice when generating PDF
- Ability to assign additional reports to business terms - as an attached PDF file or dynamically generated selected report
- Automatic attachment of configured documents when generating PDF
💡 Sales printouts - Data presentation improvements
We introduced improvements in sales printout layout:
- Currency code in headers - displaying currency code in price column headers, example: "Price (EUR)" instead of just "Price"
- Discount sign reversal - new option for industries using negative discounts as surcharges (e.g., copper surcharge)
💡 Packing List - Functionality expansion
We expanded the Packing List printout with several new features:
- Additional Lines support - ability to display Order No. and External Document No. as predefined fields from the header
- Ability to display lot and serial numbers in additional lines - analogous to sales printouts
- Full Business Terms section support - automatic display of terms assigned to the customer
- Central option to hide Gross Weight column in Section Settings
- Packing List print action directly from Sales Invoice card
💡 Purchase Orders - Printout improvements
We introduced fixes and new features in Purchase Order printout:
- Added display of Expected Receipt Date field - shows planned goods receipt date
- Signatures section
Reminders - Layout and configuration improvements
We introduced several improvements in Reminder printouts:
- Improved text formatting and added section with reminder issuer data
- Visual changes: gray header bars, reduced spacing, changed label "Days after due date" → "Overdue"/"Days overdue"
- Configurable document names depending on reminder level: "Reminder" / "Payment Request" / "Pre-court Payment Request"
- Extended configuration options for displayed data - added new fields to configurable sections
💡 CMR - Sender substitution for selected INCOTERMS
We added automatic assignment of the buyer as sender on CMR document when INCOTERMS = EXW (buyer organizes transport).
