How does it work?
The module adds a dedicated file drop zone to the standard Attachments panel (FactBox) in Business Central. It works on all pages where this panel is embedded — including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders (both Cards and Lists), Customer and Vendor cards, and more.

Configuration
♻️ Enabling and Disabling the Module
The module can be globally enabled or disabled in the ⚙️ N24DND - Drag & Drop Setup page.
- Open the ⚙️ N24DND - Drag & Drop Setup page using the Tell Me (Search) feature in BC.
- Set the Enable Drag & Drop Zone field to the desired value.
Note
When the module is disabled, the Drag & Drop zone is hidden from the Attachments FactBox. The standard Upload button remains available and unaffected.
💥 Activation Effect
Once enabled, the module automatically appears at the top of the Attachments FactBox on all supported pages — no additional per-page configuration is required.
How to use
- Open any document or card with the Attachments FactBox on the right side.
- Drag a file (or multiple files) from your file explorer over the Drag & Drop zone.
- Drop the files — the zone will switch to Uploading status with a progress counter.
- Once completed, the zone will display a green confirmation message.
- The uploaded files will appear in the list within the Attachments panel.
