Settings - N24 KSeF Helper
The N24 KSeF Helper extension settings are available on the dedicated KSeF Helper - Settings page. The page can be opened by searching for KSeF Helper - Settings in the Business Central search bar or by clicking the Open KSeF Helper Settings Card link on the KSeF Settings page (ITI NSeI Setup) from the Polish Localization extension.
Note
The Job Queues section remains on the KSeF Settings page (ITI NSeI Setup).
General
This section configures the general settings of the extension.

| Custom Contact Email Address | Specifies the source of the issuer's contact email address in the KSeF invoice. By default, the address is retrieved from Statutory Reporting Setup. Can be changed to retrieve from Company Information. |
| Filter Related Tables in Lookup | Specifies whether the table lookup in field mapping (step 2 and beyond) shows only tables related to the current table. When disabled, all tables are displayed. Enabled by default for new installations. |
Footer
This section configures footer texts that will be automatically attached to KSeF invoices.

| KSeF Footer Text 3 | Third footer text line (up to 2048 characters) |
Empty fields are skipped – only filled texts are included in the invoice footer. Footers are attached to all KSeF invoices: sales, sales credit memos, service, and service credit memos.
Email Configuration
This section configures automatic file attachment to invoice emails.

| Attach XML to Email | Enables automatic attachment of the KSeF invoice XML file to emails |
| Hide Standard Invoice Attachment | Enables removal of the standard invoice PDF report from emails when the KSeF PDF preview is attached. This option only works when Attach PDF to Email is enabled. |
Both options can be enabled independently of each other.
Comment Export
This section configures the automatic export of comment lines from sales and service documents to the AdditionalDescription section in the KSeF invoice.

| Comment Direction | Specifies whether comments below or above the item line are assigned to that line. The Auto value causes automatic direction detection based on the document structure – intended for documents where comments throughout the document appear in one consistent pattern |
| Comment Label | Optional custom label used in the AdditionalDescription section for comments. If empty, the default value "Comment" is used |
| Comment Format | Specifies the format of the exported comment content. "Description" – exports only the Description field. "Description + Description 2" – combines the Description and Description 2 fields (separated by a space) |
| Skip Shipment No. Comment Lines | Enables automatic marking of text lines inserted by the "Get Shipment Lines" function as Skip in KSeF. This prevents shipment number lines from going into the KSeF invoice. |

AI
This section configures the connection to the Azure OpenAI service for the AI feature, which enables creating KSeF field mappings using natural language descriptions.

After configuring the connection, make sure the KSeF Field Mapping feature is active on the Copilot & AI Capabilities page in Business Central.

KSeF Field Mapping
The field mapping configuration is available on a separate KSeF Helper - KSeF Field Mapping page. It can be opened by searching directly in the Business Central search bar.

Export / Import Settings
The extension allows transferring configuration between environments (e.g., from Sandbox to Production) using JSON files.
Export and import functions are available in the Export / Import action group on the relevant pages.
Export / Import Main Settings
Available on the KSeF Helper - Settings page:

Export / Import Field Mappings
Available on the KSeF Helper - KSeF Field Mapping page:
