N24 KSeF Helper - Getting Started

This page will help you configure the N24 KSeF Helper product in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Proper configuration of settings and permissions is essential for making effective use of the functionality.

Prerequisites

The N24 KSeF Helper extension requires the Polish Localization extension by IT.integro to be installed. Polish Localization provides the base KSeF integration that N24 KSeF Helper extends with additional features.

Accessing Settings

The N24 KSeF Helper extension has a dedicated settings page: KSeF Helper - Settings.

To open it:

  1. Search for KSeF Helper - Settings in the Business Central search bar.
  2. Alternatively: open the KSeF Settings page (ITI NSeI Setup) and click the Open KSeF Helper Settings Card link in the KSeF Helper Settings | N24KH section.

On the KSeF Helper - Settings page you will find the following sections:

  • General – general extension settings (e.g., source of the contact email address)
  • Footer – configuration of KSeF invoice footer texts
  • Email Configuration – settings for PDF/XML email attachments
  • Comment Export – settings for exporting comment lines to KSeF
  • AI – configuration of the Azure OpenAI connection for the AI feature

Note: Access to the settings page requires appropriate permissions.

Configuring Field Mapping

To configure mapping of additional fields to KSeF invoices:

  1. Search for the KSeF Helper - KSeF Field Mapping page.
  2. Create new mappings that define what data from Business Central documents should go into the corresponding sections of the KSeF invoice XML.
