New Features

💡 Comment Export – Comment Content Format

We added a new Comment Format field in the comment export settings, which allows specifying which fields from comment-type lines are exported to the AdditionalDescription section in the KSeF invoice.


Available options:
  • 📝 Description (default) – only the "Description" field of the comment line is exported (previous behavior)
  • 📝 Description + Description 2 – the "Description" field combined with the "Description 2" field, separated by a space. If one field is empty, only the other field is exported without an extra space

New Features

💡 KSeF Mappings – Dimensions as AdditionalDescription

We added a new predefined value type Dimensions in the KSeF field mapping module. It enables automatic export of selected dimensions from Business Central documents as AdditionalDescription entries in the KSeF invoice.


  • 📐 New predefined value type Dimensions – available after selecting the "Predefined" mapping source
  • ✅ Dimensions to Include section on the mapping card – allows selecting which of the 8 dimensions should be exported
  • 🏷️ Dynamic field names – correspond to dimension names
  • 👁️ Automatic visibility – only dimensions that have a code assigned in General Ledger Setup are visible
  • 📄 Each selected dimension generates a separate AdditionalDescription entry with the dimension name as the label and the dimension value code as the value
  • 📊 Support for both document header and line level
