Label layouts

Label layouts allow you to review and assign proper label templates to vendors, customers, items, and other entities. The page is available directly from search with LBL | Label Layouts. If a layout is assigned to a customer, that layout is used automatically when printing labels for that customer.

Layout editing

To add or edit label layouts, click Actions and choose Edit Layouts. A page opens where you can add new layouts or modify existing ones.

Available operations:

• New - adds a new layout.
• Run Report - generates a sample label from the selected layout.
• Export Layout - exports the layout to a file (usually Word) for editing.
• Replace Layout - replaces the existing layout with content from a file.
