How to print labels automatically?

Automatic label printing is useful for process automation and for integration with the Production Panel. Once enabled, every newly created label entry in Business Central is immediately sent to the selected printer.

To enable automatic printing:

1. Open label setup and in the 🖨️ Printing section enable Automatic printing.
2. Make sure a default printer is configured. If no printer is assigned for the user, each print attempt fails with an error indicating that no valid printer is available.
