Email Templates

The N24 Payment Reminder extension allows creating personalized email templates for different languages. This section describes how to configure and manage message templates.

Introduction to Templates

Email templates define:

  • Message subject - email header
  • Message content - main notification content
  • Communication language - the language in which the message will be sent

Accessing Templates

To configure email templates:

  1. Open the ⚙️ Payment Reminder | Setup page
  2. Search for E-mail content in the Step 2: E-mail details
  3. The page displays template for selected language

Language Filters

Language Selection

At the top of the page there is a Language Code filter. Language change will display template for the choosed language.

Available Language Codes

Languages with default content:

  • EN - English
  • PL - Polish

Content Type

Each template has:

Subject

  • Email message header

Content

  • Main message content
  • Detailed payment information

Dynamic Parameters

You can use special parameters in templates:

  • %1 - Payment Due Date
  • %2 - Document No.
  • %3 - Remaining Amount
  • %4 - Currency Code

Usage Example

Subject: Payment reminder for invoice %2
Body: Dear Sir or Madam, we remind you about payment for invoice %2 in amount %3 %4, due date was %1.

Reminder Types

The system supports two types of reminders:

Incoming Payments

  • Field: Content - Incoming
  • When: Before payment due date
  • Purpose: Warning about approaching deadline

Overdue Payments

  • Field: Content - Due
  • When: After payment due date
  • Purpose: Request for urgent payment
