PowerBox seamlessly integrates Power Apps into Business Central contractor pages by adding factboxes to customer and vendor pages.

Context Passing

The solution automatically passes to Power Apps:

  • Contractor Number
  • Tenant ID
  • Contractor Type (customer/vendor)
  • Source Page information

Dynamic Visibility

Factbox visibility:

  • Visible when AppId is configured in PowerBox Setup
  • Hidden when AppId is not configured
  • Updates automatically when configuration changes
