Employee Daily Work

The N24SF - Employee Daily Work page displays a consolidated summary of all production employees' work for a selected day. Supervisors can see at a glance who is active, how many hours each employee has worked, and what they are currently working on.

What does the page show?

The page displays a list of production employees with the following information:

Field Description
Employee No. Employee number from the employee card
Employee Name Full name of the employee
Is Active Whether the employee currently has an active session in the Production Panel
Current Activity The production order and operation the employee is currently working on (e.g. PO-001234 / Op. 10 (Line A))
First Login The earliest login time for the selected day
Last Logout The latest logout time for the selected day
Total Hours Total shift hours
Production Hours Time spent on production output activities (line type: Output)
Indirect Hours Time spent on indirect activities (e.g. cleaning, waiting, training)
Shift Status Status of the shift entry
Work Shift Code Code of the assigned work shift

How it works

  1. Go to Search → type N24SF - Employee Daily Work.
  2. The page automatically loads data for the current work date.
  3. Change the date in the Date field in the Filters section to display data from a different day.
  4. Select an employee from the list — in the Work Details side panel you will see detailed production entries for that employee.

Date filtering

When the page opens, the system defaults to the current work date. Changing the date automatically reloads the data. You can also use the Refresh action to manually recalculate the data.

Side panel — Work Details

When you select an employee from the list, the Work Details side panel displays detailed production output entries for that employee and date. Each entry contains:

  • Prod. Order No. — with the ability to drill down to the production order (clicking opens the corresponding document)
  • Operation No.
  • Line Type — Output, Stop, Scrap, Setup, or Indirect Activity
  • Indirect Activity Type — populated for indirect activities
  • Description
  • Item No.
  • Starting Time and Ending Time
  • Runtime — duration in minutes
  • Quantity
  • Status

From the side panel, you can open the full list of production entries using the Show All Entries action.

Row coloring

The page uses visual indicators for quick review:

  • Production Hours — highlighted in green (Favorable style)
  • Indirect Hours — highlighted in yellow (Ambiguous style)
  • Is Active — color depends on the state:
    • Green — employee is active
    • Red — employee has no login for the selected day
    • Standard — employee is inactive but has login history

In the Work Details panel, the line type is color-coded:

  • Output — green
  • Indirect Activity — yellow
  • Stop — red
  • Scrap — orange
