Tolerance Control Setup

Configuration of tolerance control is available in the Tolerance Control Setup page. You can configure the following parameters:

• Type - Specifies the resource type (Work Center or Machine Center)
• No. - Resource number
• Tolerance Control Method - Choice of control method:
  • By produced quantity
  • By routing time
• Tolerance Percentage - Specifies allowed percentage of excess (0-100%)

Configuration Access Points

Tolerance control can be configured in the following places:

Work Centers

On the work center card, there is a Tolerance Control action that opens tolerance control settings for that work center.

Machine Centers

Similar to work centers, tolerance control settings are accessible through the machine center card.
