Production Worker Time Registration
A module for recording employee clock-in/clock-out times on the production floor. It will provide insight into how much time each employee worked, with differentiation by type of activity performed.
Production Material Ordering
Functionality enabling automatic generation of material orders needed to fulfill production orders. The system will analyze requirements based on BOM and inventory levels to ensure production continuity.
Failure Reporting
A module for recording and managing machine and production equipment failures. It will enable quick problem reporting, repair status tracking, and failure root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
Label Printing
The module will enable printing labels for products directly from the ShopFloor panel, either automatically or on demand.
Document Library
The ability to attach and store documents (such as data sheets, instructions, certificates) directly to production-related data (inventory, BOM, operations, work centers or machine centers, production orders). This will facilitate quick access to important product information.
Additional Information in ShopFloor Panel
The ability to display additional information in the ShopFloor panel, such as assembly instructions, quality notes, or specific production requirements. This will make it easier for employees to access relevant data during order execution.
Automatic Order Closing at Shift End
Functionality enabling automatic closing of production orders at the end of a work shift. This will facilitate order management and ensure production data accuracy.
Statutory Break Registration
A module for automatic registration of statutory breaks (e.g., meal breaks) during production workers' working hours. Combined with long operations, break time will be automatically deducted from production time.
Internal/Non-Production Activity Registration
A module for recording internal or non-production activities performed by production workers (e.g., training, breaks, meetings). It will enable better working time management and efficiency analysis.
