Select Add-ons

In the Add-ons step, select additional services for the shipment. The list of available services in the next step is filtered dynamically based on the add-ons selected here.

🔌 How Add-ons Work

Apaczka adjusts the list of available services to the selected add-ons:

• Select only the add-ons that you actually need.
• The more add-ons you select, the narrower the list of carriers in the Product step.
• Changing the selected add-ons refreshes the carrier list automatically.

Available add-on categories include:

• insurance,
• cash on delivery (COD),
• delivery to or collection from a point,
• SMS or email notifications,
• return of documents or packages,
• Saturday or evening delivery.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you select cash on delivery, complete:

• Cash on Delivery Amount — the amount to collect from the recipient.
• Insurance Value — must be equal to or greater than the cash-on-delivery amount.

If the insurance value is lower than the cash-on-delivery amount, the wizard displays an error and does not let you continue.

Tip

If the service list in the Product step is empty after you select add-ons, reduce the number of selected add-ons and try again.

After selecting add-ons, choose Next and continue to service selection.
