Complete Addresses

The first Transport Order Wizard step is Addresses. Check the sender and recipient details before selecting Next.

📤 Sender Details

In the Sender Details section, complete or check:

• the sender name,
• country, postal code, city, and street,
• phone number, email address, and contact person.

The system uses the sender postal code to retrieve available courier collection time slots in later steps.

📥 Recipient Details

In the Recipient Details section, complete or check:

• the recipient name,
• country, postal code, city, and street,
• phone number, email address, and contact person.

Note

The Apaczka order currency is always PLN. Enter monetary values, such as insurance and cash on delivery, in Polish zloty.

After checking the details, select Next and continue to packages.
