First Apaczka Setup

Before creating your first transport order, create an Apaczka account, obtain the API credentials, then enable the Apaczka module and enter the integration details in Business Central.

1️⃣ Create an Account or Sign In to Apaczka

If you do not have an Apaczka account yet:

  1. Open the Apaczka registration form.
  2. Select the Entrepreneur account type.
  3. Enter the required details: country, tax ID, company name, email address, password, repeated password, and phone number.
  4. Accept the required consents and select Create an account.
  5. If you receive an activation message, confirm your email address according to the instructions in the message.

If you already have an account, open Apaczka sign in and enter your email address or login and password.

2️⃣ Obtain API Credentials

After signing in to the Apaczka portal:

  1. Select Web API in the navigation panel on the left.
  2. If required by the portal, enable API permissions for the account.
  3. Create application credentials or open the existing integration credentials.
  4. Copy App ID and App Secret. In Business Central, enter them as Application Identifier and Application Secret.
  5. Store App Secret securely and do not share it with unauthorized people.

If you cannot see Web API or cannot generate application credentials, contact Apaczka support.

3️⃣ Enable the Apaczka Module

  1. Open TMS | Setup.
  2. In the TMS | Modules section, find the Apaczka line.
  3. Select the Enabled field.
  4. Close TMS | Setup.
  5. Open TMS | Setup again.

After reopening the page, the 🔗 Integration: Apaczka section is available. You can now set up the integration.

4️⃣ Enter Integration Details

In the 🔗 Integration: Apaczka section on TMS | Setup, complete the following fields:

  1. Enter Application Identifier from the Apaczka portal.
  2. Enter Application Secret from the Apaczka portal. Store it securely.
  3. If you use an individual agreement, select Own Agreement. This option must first be enabled in the Apaczka portal.
  4. Select Test Connection.

After a successful test, a confirmation message states that Apaczka is ready to send orders.

Tip

You can find Application Identifier and Application Secret after signing in and selecting Web API in the Apaczka portal. To open the portal from Business Central, select Open Apaczka Portal in the 🔗 Integration: Apaczka section.

5️⃣ Manage Additional Services

The list of additional services is synchronized with Apaczka automatically whenever you open the page, but no more often than once every 24 hours.

To manage the visibility of add-ons in the wizard:

  1. In 🔗 Integration: Apaczka, select Your Additional Services.
  2. In the Available for Selection column, enable or disable the selected add-ons.

Disabled add-ons are not displayed while creating an order.
