Prepare Packages

Before creating an order, associate the packages you use with codes recognized by Apaczka. Without this mapping, you cannot send an order.

⚙️ Set Up Mapping

1. Open TMS | Package Mapping.
2. Add or find a line for the package you use.
3. Set Apaczka as the integration for this line.
4. Enter the mapping code that matches the service name in Apaczka.
5. Repeat these steps for every package type you use.

🛠️ Missing Mapping While Creating an Order

When a message about an unprepared package appears in the Packages step:

1. Select Yes to open the mapping page.
2. Complete the missing mapping code.
3. Return to the Transport Order Wizard.
4. Go through the Packages step again.

Until the mapping is completed, the wizard does not allow you to continue to the next step.
