Select a Service
In the Product step, select the carrier service appropriate for the shipment. The list is sorted by gross price in ascending order and contains only services compatible with the selected packages and add-ons.
📋 Service List Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Carrier | The courier company that provides the service |
| Service Name | The name of the Apaczka product or service |
| Gross Price | Service cost in PLN; the list is sorted from the lowest price |
| Delivery Time | Estimated delivery time |
| Courier Collection | Whether the courier collects the parcel: Not Available, Available, or Required |
| Door to Door | Collection from the sender and delivery to the recipient |
| Door to Point | Collection from the sender and delivery to a collection point |
| Point to Door | Drop-off at a point and delivery to the recipient |
| Point to Point | Drop-off and collection at points |
The preferred carrier service is highlighted in the list.
⏰ Collection Time Slots
After you select a service with courier collection, the system retrieves time slots for the sender postal code from the Apaczka API. The slots specify when the courier can collect the parcel.

- Review the service list.
- Select the appropriate service line.
- Select OK.
