Send or Change an Order

The Summary step displays the data that will be sent to Apaczka. Check it before sending the order.

🚀 Send a New Order

1. Check the sender and recipient addresses.
2. Check the packages, weight, and selected add-ons.
3. Check the selected service and price.
4. Select Place Order.

After a successful submission, the order opens with the 🆕 Payment Processing status.

✏️ Change a Submitted Order

1. Open the order in TMS | Transport Orders.
2. Select Order → Edit.
3. Make the required changes in the wizard.
4. Go to the Summary step and select Place Order.

Warning

Sending the order again replaces the saved shipment data in Apaczka. Check all information before confirming.
