Prepare Packages

Before creating an order, match the pallets you use with the types recognized by GFL. An order cannot be sent until this is complete.

⚙️ Set Up Mapping

1. Open TMS | Package Interface Map.
2. Add or find the row for the package you use.
3. Set GFL as the integration for that row.
4. Enter one of the GFL package mapping codes: EUR, CHP, PAL, or PPE.
5. Repeat for every pallet type you use.

⚠️ GFL Order Rules

• Add at least one pallet.
• Enter a weight greater than zero for every pallet.
• Every package used must have a GFL mapping.
• All packages in one shipment must use the same GFL mapping code.

For example, do not combine packages mapped to EUR and CHP in one order.

🛠️ Missing Mapping While Creating an Order

When a message states that a package is not configured:

1. Choose the option to open package mapping settings.
2. Add the missing mapping code.
3. Return to GFL Transport Order Creator.
4. Complete the Packages step again.
