Add Raben Packages

In the Packages step, add every package that will be sent to the carrier.

If you use the Suggested Packages module and the system calculated packages for the shipment, they are suggested automatically in this step.

📦 Add Package Lines

  1. Add a line in the order packages section.
  2. Select a package in Package Code.
  3. Complete Quantity and Total Weight (kg).
  4. Repeat these steps for the remaining packages.

Based on the lines, the system calculates:

  • Raben Label Quantity,
  • Raben Occupied Truck Spaces.

If the actual shipment requires a different value, you can change these fields manually. Both values must be greater than zero.

🪵 Split Pallet Lines

If a pallet line has a quantity greater than one:

  1. Check that Total Weight (kg) can be split across all pallets.
  2. Select Split Pallet Lines.
  3. Check the lines created. Each line represents one pallet and has a separate weight.

Every pallet must receive a positive weight.

✅ Check Packages Before Continuing

  • the order contains at least one package,
  • every package has Raben mapping,
  • Raben Label Quantity is greater than zero,
  • Raben Occupied Truck Spaces is greater than zero,
  • no pallets still require splitting.
