Raben Package Mapping

Every package used in an order must have a code recognized by Raben. Mapping determines which code is sent to the carrier for each Business Central package.

📦 Open Package Mapping

  1. Open TMS | Setup.
  2. In 🔗 Integration: Raben, select Package Mapping.
  3. On TMS | Package Mapping, check entries with Logistics Service set to Raben.

The Package Mapping action opens the package-mapping page filtered for Raben. If needed, add a new line and complete Package Code and Mapping Code.

If default entries are missing, select Insert Default. The action restores system entries but does not change user-created mappings.

🧱 Default Packages

The integration includes default mappings, including:

  • envelopes and packages with mapping code pk,
  • EUR pallet with mapping code ep,
  • maximum pallet with mapping code mx,
  • block pallet with mapping code bl,
  • half pallet with mapping code ds,
  • quarter pallet with mapping code cp,
  • 120 × 120 cm industrial pallet with mapping code mm.

These mappings are defaults and can differ according to your integration agreement. Check them with your Raben account representative before use.

If you use a custom package, check its entry before creating an order. Obtain the mapping code from Raben or your Raben account representative.

⚠️ Check Packages Before Sending

  • The order must contain at least one package.
  • Every package used must have Raben mapping.
  • Split a pallet with a quantity greater than one into separate lines with Split Pallet Lines.
  • For a half pallet, the system uses half of an occupied space per unit.

If the wizard reports missing mapping, select Package Mapping, complete the indicated entry, and return to the Packages step.

➡️ Next Step

Continue to creating a transport order.
