Transport Order Details Sent to Carriers

See which details from the TMS order wizard are sent to Apaczka, GFL, and Raben.

The tables use field names shown in the order wizards. Not every value is sent with every order; this depends on the selected address, services, and cash-on-delivery settings.

📦 Apaczka

Field in the wizard	What Apaczka receives
Shipping Service Id	The selected delivery service.
Sender: Name, Address Line, Country Code, Post Code, City, Phone, Contact Person, E-mail	Sender address and contact. If a separate ship-from address is used, missing contact details fall back to the sender address.
Recipient: Name, Address Line, Country Code, Post Code, City, Phone, Contact Person, E-mail	Recipient address and contact.
Sender and recipient point identifiers	Values stored on the transport order for the selected points.
Product Pickup Type, Pickup Date, Shipping Date Time From, Shipping Date Time To	Pickup method and schedule.
Package lines: Package Code, Quantity, Total Weight (kg), Length (cm), Width (cm), Height (cm)	Package types, quantities, weights, and dimensions.
Selected add-on services	Add-ons selected for the order.
Cash on Delivery, Cash on Delivery Value	Cash-on-delivery amount, when enabled.
Source Order Total Gross Amount, Parcel Content	Shipment value and contents.

🚚 GFL

Field in the wizard	What GFL receives
Order No., Parcel Content	Order number and goods description.
GFL Sender Code, GFL Recipient Code	Address codes instead of full addresses and contact details.
Pickup Date, Pickup Time, Delivery Date, Delivery Time	Pickup and delivery schedule.
Package lines: Package Type, Package Code, Quantity, Total Weight (kg)	Total pallet count, weight, and carrier type resolved from package mapping.
Transport Temperature	Selected transport temperature.

GFL does not receive full addresses, contact details, or Delivery Instructions. When editing or cancelling an order, TMS also sends its Order Id.

Order No.	Transport-order number.
Sender: Name, Address Line, City, Post Code, Country Code, Contact Person, Email, Phone	Sender address and contact.
Recipient: Name, Address Line, City, Post Code, Country Code, Contact Person, Email, Phone	Recipient address and contact.
Separate loading address: Name, Address Line, City, Post Code, Country Code, Contact Person, Email, Phone	Loading location when the separate address is enabled and has a name; otherwise sender details are used.
Raben Address Code for sender, recipient, and loading address	Address codes assigned to the parties.
Business Unit, Cargo Type	Raben transport options selected for the order.
Pickup Date, Delivery Date	Planned pickup and delivery dates.
Delivery Instructions, recipient Email and Phone	Delivery instructions and recipient contact details.
Service 1, Service 2, selected add-ons	Services assigned to the order.
Cash on Delivery, COD Value, COD Currency Code	Cash-on-delivery amount and currency, when enabled.
Package lines: Package Code, Quantity, Total Weight (kg), Length (cm), Width (cm), Height (cm)	Package details and calculated cargo totals.
Raben Label Qty, Raben Occupied Places Qty	Values entered in the wizard override calculated totals when greater than zero.
