Enabling the Functionality

To enable the module, go to the TMS | Setup page and enable the Show Totals in Documents module on the right side.

During activation, weight summaries will be calculated for all previous documents, which may take a moment. However, if there is no need to summarize weights in old documents, this step can be skipped. Weight and quantity totals will be calculated automatically for all new documents.

The result of enabling this will be additional fields on selected documents that will show weight and quantity totals. Details can be found here.
