Routes and Shipment Tracking
Create routes and assign orders to them to prepare transport. If you use an integration, you can also check the shipment tracking history.
🛣️ Create a Route
- Open Search and find TMS | Routes and Load Lists.
- Add a route.
- Complete Description, Route Date, Direction, Carrier, Driver Name, and Vehicle Registration No..
- Open the route you created.
The system assigns the route number according to the configured number series. If you cannot create a route, an administrator must complete the route number series on TMS | Setup.
🚚 Add Orders and Print a List
- On the route page, select Add Transport Orders.
- Select the transport orders to assign to the route.
- Check the lines in the Transport Orders section.
- Select Print Load List.
The printout contains a load list for an outbound route or a route card for deliveries, depending on the selected direction. This gives the driver one document for all orders assigned to the journey.
📍 Check Tracking History
If you use an integration that provides tracking data, you can check shipment event history:
- Open TMS | Transport Orders.
- Open the relevant transport order.
- In TMS | Tracking History, check Tracking Date, Tracking Status, and Shipment Location.
- Select Open Shipment Tracking to show the detailed event history.
Tracking history is available after the logistics service provides a tracking number and shipment events.
