Permissions
Description of N24 Vendor Rating permission sets and access to sheets, setup, and the current vendor rating.
The N24 Vendor Rating extension operates with:
- features available to every user,
- the N24VR User permission set,
- the N24VR Admin permission set.
| Level | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Every user | View the last approved rating and enter manual vendor ratings from vendor cards and documents. |
| N24VR User | Operational work with rating sheets, viewing the current vendor rating, and read access to setup. |
| N24VR Admin | Full N24VR User scope plus management of module settings. |
👤 Every user
Scope available regardless of N24VR User/Admin assignment:
- View the last approved vendor rating.
- Enter manual vendor ratings from vendor cards and documents.
👥 N24VR User
Role for buyers and operational users:
- Read access to the ⚙️ N24VR - Vendor Rating Setup page.
- Work with sheets: creating, generating, editing, and updating lines.
- View the current vendor rating from the Vendor Card using the Live Rating action.
- Changing sheet status (approving / reopening).
🔑 N24VR Admin
Role for the evaluation process owner or application administrator:
- Full N24VR User scope.
- Configuration of module settings (rating criteria, weights, tolerances, generator options).
