Permissions
N24 Vendor Rating uses two permission sets: N24VR User for operational work with rating sheets, and N24VR Admin for full access including module setup. Rating entry from documents is available to all users.
The N24 Vendor Rating extension operates with:
- features available to every user,
- the N24VR User permission set,
- the N24VR Admin permission set.
| Level | Purpose |

| Every user | View the last approved rating and enter manual vendor ratings from vendor cards and documents. |
| N24VR User | Operational work with rating sheets and read access to setup. |
| N24VR Admin | Full N24VR User scope plus management of module settings. |
👤 Every user
Scope available regardless of N24VR User/Admin assignment:
- View the last approved vendor rating.
- Enter manual vendor ratings from vendor cards and documents.
👥 N24VR User
Role for buyers and operational users:
- Read access to the ⚙️ N24VR - Vendor Rating Setup page.
- Work with sheets: creating, generating, editing, and updating lines.
- Changing sheet status (approving / reopening).
🔑 N24VR Admin
Role for the evaluation process owner or application administrator:
- Full N24VR User scope.
- Configuration of module settings (rating criteria, weights, tolerances, generator options).
