📦 Trading Hub
Additional Settings
On the N24I | Settings - Advanced Inventory page in the 📦 Trading Hub module section, additional configuration options are available that affect the module's operation.
Data Limitation
The Trading Hub page enables a comprehensive overview of inventory and inventory movements. Due to the large amount of data presented, Trading Hub has data limitation functionality, which makes it easier for users to work and speeds up its operation. Users can customize the inventory view by excluding unnecessary data and narrowing results according to specific criteria.

Default visible documents:
- Quantity in item ledger entries
- Quantity in purchase orders
- Quantity in sales orders
Additionally, you can enable documents:
- Quantity in sales quotes
- Reserved quantity - sum of all reservations from all sources
- Quantity in assembly orders
- Quantity in production components
- Quantity in projects
- Transfer order shipments
- Transfer order receipts
- Quantity in service orders
Note
It is recommended to disable unnecessary documents to improve performance when working with the Trading Hub view.
Data Granularity
You can decide to group data by variants and locations. Without selecting these options, data will be grouped by Item No.

Additionally, blocked items or items blocked for sale can be hidden. Enabling these options will also exclude blocked variants and lot numbers.
Filtering by User Location
The "Filter by User Location" option automatically limits Trading Hub results to the user's default location.
How it works:
- If enabled: Trading Hub automatically filters data by the location assigned in User Setup ("Location Code" field)
- If disabled: Trading Hub shows data from all locations (default)
When to use:
- ✅ Users work only in one location (warehouse)
- ✅ You want to speed up data loading (fewer locations = faster loading)
- ✅ Limit data visibility for users
Note
Users can manually change the location filter on the Trading Hub page, even if this option is enabled. The option only sets the default filter when opening the page.
Inventory Filter Mode
On the N24I | Advanced Inventory Setup page, you can configure how items are filtered in the Trading Hub view:
- Hide items with Availability = 0 - Hides items that have zero value in the "Available" field (default)
- Hide empty inventory (all quantities = 0) - Hides items that have zero quantities in all documents
- Leave empty to show all items
This setting helps users focus on relevant items by filtering out items with no stock or activity.

Excluding Unused Lot Numbers
If you use lot tracking functionality, the best way to exclude old, unused lots from the Trading Hub view is to block them. For this purpose, a function has been added to the Lot No. Information List that allows bulk blocking of such lots.
