New Features

Change Log Improvements

We have added a new action group "N24C | Enable for Selected" to the standard change log, which allows for quick change tracking configuration for multiple fields at once:
  • Insert – enables logging of new record creation
  • Modify – enables logging of changes to existing records
  • Delete – enables logging of record deletion
  • All – enables all the above options simultaneously

Additionally, the "All options for non-system fields" action is available, which automatically enables all logging options for all non-system fields.

Benefit: Change log configuration is now several times faster – instead of manually selecting each field, you can configure multiple fields with a single click.

Custom Fields Settings Synchronization Between Companies

We have added a new action "Synchronize Settings to Company..." on the Custom Fields Settings page, which enables quick configuration transfer between companies.


How it works:
After selecting the action, a list of available companies opens. Select one or more companies to which you want to copy the settings and confirm.

What will be copied:
  • Complete custom fields configuration
  • All field name translations
  • Custom fields functionality activation setting from Core Extension main settings
Benefit: Instead of manually configuring custom fields in each company separately, just configure them once, then copy to selected companies with a single click.

💡 Daily Numbering Series Generator

We have introduced the ability to create separate numbering series for each day. We added a new mask element – {DD} (day), which works analogously to {YY} (year) and {MM} (month).

Example usage:
Mask: DOC/{YY}/{MM}/{DD}/NNNN
Generated numbers:
  • December 3, 2025: DOC/2025/12/03/0001, DOC/2025/12/03/0002, DOC/2025/12/03/0003...
  • December 4, 2025: DOC/2025/12/04/0001, DOC/2025/12/04/0002, DOC/2025/12/04/0003...

When to use it: This feature is useful when you need to reset document numbering daily or when you want to organize documents by day with separate number series.

💡 Custom Fields in Warehouse Shipments

We have extended the custom fields functionality to support warehouse shipments. You can now use custom fields in:

  • Warehouse Shipment Lines – for documents in preparation
  • Posted Warehouse Shipment Lines – for historical documents
Automatic data transfer:
The system automatically transfers custom field values from:
  • Item Card – data assigned to the item
  • Source Document – data from sales order lines that are the basis for the shipment

Benefit: You can track additional information through the entire business process: from sales order, through warehouse shipment, to the posted document, maintaining full data continuity and transparency.

💡 Payroll Import from Excel File

We have introduced a new functionality that enables importing payroll data directly from Excel files.
