New Features

💡 Custom fields - functional enhancements

Previously: Custom field support was limited in selected areas and did not always provide full readability of data during daily work.

Now:
  • We added a warning for data type mismatches during field mapping.
  • We improved transfer selection readability by displaying field labels.

💡 Blocking print/send of sales documents without approval

Previously: Email sending could be triggered for documents that required additional approval or were not yet released.

Now:
We introduced a block on sending emails from documents that are not released for:
  • Sales Quotes
  • Sales Orders
  • Sales Pro Forma Invoices
You can enable this control in Core Extension Setup.

💡 Custom document statuses in Sales Return Orders

We extended the Custom Document Statuses module to support the Sales Return Order document, so you can manage statuses consistently across subsequent processes.

💡 Additional fields in documents and ledger entries

We added fields:
  • Order No. on the Posted Sales Shipment list
  • External Document No. in Detailed Vendor Ledger Entries
  • Document Date in Detailed Vendor Ledger Entries

💡 Faster transfer routing completion

Previously: Completing transfer routings required more time-consuming actions and one-by-one assignment of the in transit location in matrix view.

Now:
We introduced several improvements to the N24C | Transfer routing - list page:
  • The page is editable, so transfer routings can be entered quickly without using the matrix option
  • We added an action that allows bulk creation of all location combinations for selected in transit locations

Comments visible in the information pane

Previously: Comments were not sufficiently visible during daily work on pages and documents.

Now: We improved comment presentation so they are visible directly in the information pane (factbox) on many pages and documents. They can also be edited from there.

💡 Import item attributes from Excel

Previously: Importing attributes required working with identifiers and manual mapping, which was time-consuming and prone to errors with larger sets of item cards.

Now:
  • We added an import based on a simple Excel layout: ATTRIBUTE, ATTRIBUTE VALUE, ITEM NO..
  • The system automatically transforms the data into the required structure and assigns attributes to the correct item cards.
  • The N24C | Items Attribute List page now supports Excel operations (open/export data).

💡 Contacts and vendors - creation source control

Previously: It was possible to create a vendor from various places in the system, which made it harder to maintain a consistent process.

Now: We blocked vendor creation outside the dedicated flow via contact, which organizes and standardizes card creation.
